Excellent ramen place. Garlic miso and tan tan are 10/10. We also had Shrimp gyozas which were spicy a little bit but they had acidic sauce to balance it. Overall nice experience. Great service too.

Gyoza steals the show here — hands down the best dish we tried! While the ramen was solid and comforting, it’s those golden, savory dumplings that truly deserve the gold medal. The kimchi was another win — bursting with tangy spice and freshness that complemented the meal perfectly. From the very start, our waitress Nazlı stood out — genuinely sweet, attentive, and helpful. Her warm smile and thoughtful care turned a meal into an experience. It’s rare for one person’s hospitality to make such a difference, but Nazlı did it effortlessly. The ambiance adds to the charm, too: welcoming, lively, and just the right spot for a casual yet memorable night out. Whether you’re craving comforting ramen or want your taste buds wowed by top-tier gyoza, this is a must-visit. In short: • Gyoza = gold medal. • Kimchi = a delicious surprise. • Ramen = solid, but the side dishes win. • Nazlı = service superstar. Highly recommend — I’ll be back for more, especially for those gyoza!

I had the garlic and miso based ramen with extra cured eggs. Broth tasted a bit too light at first sips but it got tastier as the meal went on. Noodles were slightly on the firmer side which was better compared to other ramen i had in Istanbul. Cured eggs were great. The only thing i did not liked very much was the Chashu meat. It tasted bland compared to the overall bowl of ramen. Meat gyoza was pretty good, juicy and little crispy at the bottom. Overall, I enjoyed the meal.

The restaurant is well designed with good lighting. The only problem with the the space is rest room. Probably because of the air condition, the rest room is very hot and smells all the food cooked in the kitchen. I have tried all types of gyoza and enjoyed it. I will visit again to try other options on the menu

Paitan Ramen & Gyoza House truly exceeded my expectations. The ramen tastes incredible, genuinely delicious. You should definitely try the gyoza too; they’re excellent. The staff are very attentive, and orders come out quickly. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality they offer. It’s a place I can confidently recommend to anyone in Istanbul looking for great ramen.

Everything was perfect. The servers spoke English, were very kind, and took the time to explain the menu. The food arrived quickly and was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was relaxed, and we had a great time. It's rare to have such a flawless dining experience in Kadıköy, but this was truly something else. I’ll definitely recommend it

I’ve tried ramen at many different places, but this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The ramen here was exceptional — every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh and authentic, from the perfectly cooked noodles to the rich, flavorful broth. You can tell that a lot of care goes into assembling each bowl, as the balance of flavors and textures was spot on. The side dishes were just as impressive — the kimchi had the perfect amount of spice and tang, and the muchim was bursting with flavor. I also loved that you can fully customize your ramen bowl to suit your taste, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re a ramen lover or just looking for a great meal, I highly recommend this place. It’s clear that quality and attention to detail are top priorities here, and it really shows in every bite.

If you think you’ve had good ramen before, this place will prove you wrong! The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by an incredible smell, and the cozy atmosphere that make you want to stay longer. The service is genuinely great, and their broth is unlike anything I’ve tasted before, it’s honestly hard to put into words how good it is. Prices are very reasonable for the quality food and service you get. A must-visit spot in Istanbul for anyone who loves ramen, and definitely don’t skip the gyoza, because they really know what they’re doing.
